Sancy Electronics Ltd designs, develops and markets LCD TV solution for global market.;Supports a variety of its products 15-52 inch LCD TV card program, required to meet the global demand of different clients.Founded in 1988, Sancy Electronics company, predecessor of Sancy Electronics Ltd, had devoted itself to China TV tuners design ; tuner sets marketing for more than 20 years.

     For providing high quality and rapid technical support to customers in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other areas within Ju river triangle district, a subsidiary company, Almiter Electronics, was set up in Shenzhen during 2006, with responsibility to providing LCD TV solution technical support to customers.

     Shanghai Televideo, founded in 2004, designs; develops CRT digital TV, LCD TV, and PC monitor. The predecessor of Shanghai Televideo, Xi'an Televideo, had dedicated itself to this field since 1997.; Shanghai Televideo also has a close cooperate relationship with the major TV manufactories in China.

    Due to the need of marketing strategy and the technical support for customers in the north of China, Sancy Electronics Ltd and Shanghai Televideo Co. Ltd merged into a company in 2006. Moreover the two companies confirm their roles and responsibilities: Sancy in Hong Kong is for selling ; purchasing, Televideo is responsible for designing and developing LCD solution, and Almiter provides technical support.

    Our vision is providing low cost, high quality, and full range of LCD TV solutions; SKD sets to the customers. If special product request is presented by customers, we could improve our products functionality in order to meet customers need.

     In the long cooperation process, PHILIPS semiconductor(now NXP)，RENEASAS，MSTAR，ST semiconductor，NATIONAL Semiconductor，etc. and us have built up the close strategy cooperation relationship.
